Shipping Policy

While we typically ship orders within 5-7 business days, please allow 7-15 days for shipping during high-demand periods or due to supply chain challenges. We are working diligently to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is successfully placed (if you provided an email). Additional emails will be sent once your order is shipped and delivered.

Important: 404 is not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages. If the shipping address you provided matches the address on the order, and the tracking number indicates the package was delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you are responsible for paying your local import duties or taxes upon delivery. You acknowledge and accept responsibility for these charges by placing an international order. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.
